5.Maintenance Charges

If the product exceeds the warranty period, or if the product malfunctions within the warranty period due to improper use by the customer, lightning strikes, natural disasters, etc., the repair fee will be charged according to the actual repair time and components used. If the product cannot be repaired, the customer is requested to purchase a new product.

　Repair charges outside the warranty period:

　15-20% of the product pricing maintenance fee

　Material fee + labor cost

　Our maintenance staff can go to the site for maintenance according to the customer's request, but the transportation fee, accommodation fee and labor hour fee shall be borne by the customer. If the product is under warranty, there is no charge. If the product fails outside the warranty period or caused by improper use, lightning, natural disasters, etc., the labor cost will be charged additionally.

   If the product malfunctions within three months of repair due to the same problem or reason, we will not charge any fee regardless of whether the product is under warranty or not. (Improper use, lightning strikes, natural disasters are not included in this scope)
