2. Warranty period

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and shipment. If the warranty period cannot be determined, the warranty period will begin on the date determined by the serial number of the product manufactured and an additional three months will be added to the warranty period. Products outside of the two preceding categories will have a warranty label affixed as proof of the original warranty.

Category A: "Fifteen days warranty, one month warranty, two years warranty"; respond to customer needs within twenty-four hours; provide lifelong technical support and service for Juntron's industrial control products and electromechanical products.

Category B: Non-Juntron products or agency products, will be compared to the service standards provided by the manufacturer.
